What does it mean to get comfy in the kitchen anyway?
Many of us are actually intimidated by the kitchen. Sounds strange but not all of us have grown up with a passionate cooking Mama to show us the ropes and get us interested in the process of cooking.
Some of us may be confident to knock out a great meal but we’ve got bored and lost motivation. Now you’d like some fresh inspiration and new simple ideas.
What about doing this via skype?
To be by your side, motivate and inspire you, as well as show you a few of my favourite tricks – doesn’t mean I have to be in your kitchen.
In fact, your kitchen is your space.
I’m going to show you how to start appreciating the time you spend in this space as well as help you cut down your time.
With all my varied and experimental experience, I’ve come to realize that cooking your own food can really benefit your health, so why not do it?
This is how I’ll get you started:
- Show you how to cook healthy simple foods plus save you time and money.
- Help you get your teenagers, partners, friends off the couch and into the kitchen.
- Find ways for you and your partner to have a practical eating solution even with different tastes.
- Transition you from one type of eating habit to another.
You’ll be able to introduce healthier meals into the home in a very short time.
All you have to do is set aside 20 minutes to tell me a bit about where you are at in the kitchen. Tell me what obstacles are in your way and if you don’t know together we’ll discover what’s holding you back. It doesn’t matter where you are – confident but lost the passion to totally fearful.
Once we’ve met on skype for 20 minutes I can then suggest a tailor made program.
This may vary from a one hour intensive, to checking in monthly. The more you put in the more you’ll get out but you’ll know when you are ready to go it alone.
It may also be that all you need to do is sign up for a subscription to the weekly meal plans.
