Kate makes everything that seems stressful about food feel like fun. I had a one-off consultation with her, as I tend to eat almost nothing but bread when I have busy periods and little time to cook, consequently feeling guilty for not eating my veggies and taking care of my body.
Kate didn’t only prepare a customized 2-week meal plan with 14 recipes with super tasty, easy-to-make veggie food, but managed to make me realize that I really had little reason to feel guilty. The week plan came with great images, complete shopping list and easy instructions on how to prepare.
I have even bought and cooked my first ever sweet potato. Feels like progress! Couldn’t be happier 🙂
