You don’t have to feel stuck anymore…
Does “eating better” seem like a time consuming project? Are “healthy and simple” concepts you just can’t get your head around? Are you totally confused about which foods would work best for you? I used to be exactly the same way:
- Making a salad was manageable but it never seemed to satisfy me
- Heathy cooking didn’t come naturally
- Nourishing my body was something I misinterpreted
- Eating things that weren’t right for me only because I was told they were good
- Zero idea how to organise myself so would not even give it a go for fear of failing
After a massive break up, I very quickly had to fend for myself so had no choice but to learn the ropes. This is how I stumbled upon my passion for cooking simple healthy food. It was a lot of trial and error, but I got there eventually. So, I absolutely know you can too.
What I learnt during the process is:
- To be kind to myself
- To love myself
- To nourish my body in a way that feels right for me
- To be open to changes
- Allow myself the time to experiment
- Learn to listen to my body and not to publicity

We think we need to be a health expert to look and feel our best.

- When you decide to work with me, we will meet twice a month over Skype for 1 hour each time.
- You will have full access to me via e mail/whats app in between
- Together we will set your goals and using my knowledge we will find out how to help you look and feel your absolute best.
