Find out How to Change Your Diet and Improve Your Life

Changing your diet and the way you think about food is no easy feat.
I’m talking to all of you out there who are swimming in this wellness revolution wondering which direction is the right one.

If you are like me and gone through all sorts of fad diets

in the quest to find good health, then a plant-based diet won’t be a foreign concept to you. Still, there can be a bit of an adjustment period and a change in the way you think about food. I was determined to find out how to change my diet and improve my life.

My first phase on this journey was when I was introduced to raw food way back when. I have always believed that good food is key to good health, so when I started learning all the benefits of raw food I thought I had found the answer to long life and healthy happiness. I was all set to make this lifestyle change but soon learned that I would have to spend hours prepping in the kitchen to stay sustained. I also started to notice that I was putting on weight and still suffering from bloating, etc.  While I had increased energy and a wonderful glow to my skin, the raw food diet just wasn’t for me.

I revisited the raw diet years later with the determination to figure out why it didn’t work for me.

I loved the idea of cutting meat out of my diet.

It was just missing something that I couldn’t live without. I needed something warm and comforting. I tweaked the raw diet to fit my needs, which in my case, was not being COMPLETELY raw. You still get a nutrient-based diet with all the comfort of a warm plate of food.

This approach worked well, but it wasn’t always easy to keep off meat products.

In fact, it’s still a work in progress, but I’m pretty much leaning toward a plant-based diet ALL the time now.

My number one reason for trying plant-based eating is because I believe it is healthier for our bodies but there are also a multitude of other reasons to go plant-based. The cruelty that exists in our meat industry along with the carbon footprint it leaves behind are other driving forces behind my plant-based lifestyle. We have become very distanced from the way that our food is produced and by eating a plant-based diet I can be more in touch with where my food is sourced and how it is prepared.

I am passionate about people trying a plant-based diet because of the great success that I’ve had with it.

I have tried it over and over again under different circumstances, with different struggles each time. I know how to adapt it to fit everyone’s lifestyle. And since you came here to find out how to change your diet and improve your life, I’m guessing that going plant-based for a bit would help you out too!

ANYONE who goes plant-based for just 2 WEEKS can see and feel phenomenal results.
