About Kate

Kate Tarratt Cross has made it her mission to inspire daily habits for healthy living which is why she became a health coach and author.
Her varied and colorful life offered a host of diverse and unusual experiences but throughout her journey her underlying desire was to harness health and happiness which lead her to where she is today.
When she was just 20 she went to live in Haiti where she set up and ran an Art Centre for several years. While art was her first love, health was a close second. With both these loves, Kate is known to be generous with her knowledge. It was that privileged feeling she had after she obtained her Art Degree in the UK that lead her to share what she had learnt. The same can be said with the health and nutritional experience she’s acquired. After completing several art projects in both Haiti and her home country, South Africa, Kate had a vision to be surrounded by the color blue. She jumped on a sailing boat as a crew member and this is where she learnt to cook and nourish others. She later became the private chef to many highly successful individuals. From her experience as a creative, private chef and health coach and in particular from working in the personal environments of opulent and positive beings, Kate has accrued a wealth of insight into the importance of practicing good habits. It has been an ambition to write a book to serve those wanting to make positive changes and it is from her own adversity and life experience that she draws the inspiration to follow simple daily habits that can majorly improve our well-being and ultimately our happiness.Testimonial
