Kate creates a safe and supportive environment for personal growth and transformation. Her expertise and guidance have guided countless individuals to lead lives filled with vitality and joy.

From running an Art Centre in Haiti to working as a private chef for the highly acclaimed Novak Djokovic, Kate has gathered valuable insights into the importance of good habits. Inspired by her own experiences, she authored a book that serves as a practical guide for improved well-being and happiness. Her unique blend of creativity, culinary expertise, breathwork facilitation and health coaching positions her as a trusted facilitator for excellent retreat experiences.
