When we first started these sessions my cooking was simple and boring. With your professionalism and patience you have taught me that through dedicated time I could create nutritious, delicious and varied organic dishes.
You have helped me to organize my cooking utensils and to incorporate foods into my diet that I hadn’t known before, as well as recipes that are truly delicious.
Your coaching has not only helped me to become more confident in the kitchen, but has also ensured that I was incorporating the correct minerals into my meals, that would in turn also help with my indigestion and would have a detoxifying effect.

I have really enjoyed and valued my coaching sessions with Kate. For a long time I had wanted to become more comfortable in the kitchen. Cooking had always been a chore for me, I found it stressful and wanted it to be over with as quick as possible. I often found this a shame, as I wanted to be able to cook for friends and family and to be able to find the enjoyment in creating new healthy or creative meals.
Since I began coaching with Kate, I have learnt to take more interest and time in what I eat, and how and when I prepare my meals. I have really enjoyed the process from start to finish.
I can particularly see an improvement in the way I shop at a supermarket, in the slower speed at which I prepare and cook my food and in my general interest in learning about what foods go well together and in their nutritional value.
Kate always responds to your needs, tailors the sessions to suit you and even sends you some articles in between to keep you motivated during the week! She has a very calm, kind and caring nature and puts time and effort into tailoring training sessions targeted to your needs. She has a wealth of knowledge in cooking and healthy living and is flexible to adapt the session according to your wishes that particular week.
I now feel more at ease in the kitchen than I ever have done before. I remind myself to take things slowly and not to rush whilst preparing meals. Slowly it has started to become less of a chore. I have really enjoyed trying out the new recipes that Kate sends me each week and I am always eager to receive them.
I am definitely more organised and structured in my routine. I now do not need to go to the store on a daily basis as Kate helped me to stock up my pantry so that there are always basic goods there to cook with. Sometimes I did not need to return to the supermarket for two weeks which has made my life a lot easier!
The most practical activities have been learning good chopping/knife skills, always tasting food as you go along, and improvising and trying new things out when I feel like it.
I have really enjoyed being accountable to someone, this has made me confront my fear of cooking, and my previous inability to find enjoyment in it.

Kate makes everything that seems stressful about food feel like fun. I had a one-off consultation with her, as I tend to eat almost nothing but bread when I have busy periods and little time to cook, consequently feeling guilty for not eating my veggies and taking care of my body.
Kate didn't only prepare a customized 2-week meal plan with 14 recipes with super tasty, easy-to-make veggie food, but managed to make me realize that I really had little reason to feel guilty. The week plan came with great images, complete shopping list and easy instructions on how to prepare.
I have even bought and cooked my first ever sweet potato. Feels like progress! Couldn't be happier 🙂

During our time together, Kate gently taught me how to get clarity, focus and allow me to feel in control again in the kitchen.
I was previously struggling with timing, ability to be spontaneous, and new ideas to change things up. I wanted to have my time in the kitchen be more fun and engaging and Kate helped me to achieve this.
I am now more organised and structured, am able to save time and feel much more relaxed.
Kate comes highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy themselves more in the kitchen. Thank you so much for your help, guidance and wisdom.
